Classes Chef Skills - The 4 Part Series
This is a four (4) part
series. In each of the four classes, Chef Judy Wood will teach you a
new technique that will provide you with an excellent foundation for
your culinary adventures.
On your first day of class, you'll be equipped with your own professional chef's apron, a professional chef's knife, and a kitchen towel to hang at your waist - it will be your uniform for the course and yours to keep. (we can gift wrap the knife, apron & towel to put under the tree if you would like to give the Chef Skills series as a gift).
Session 1 - Chef Skills 101, knife skills:

Session 2 - Chef Skills 102, soups:
- tuesday Jan 17, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- tuesday March 13, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Session 3 - Chef Skills 103, grilling & roasting:
- wednesday Jan 25, 6:30PM to 9:00PM
- wednesday march 21, 6:30PM to 9:00PM
Session 4 - Chef Skills 104, sautéing, pan frying:
- Tuesday Jan 31, 6:30PM to 9:00PM
- Tuesday March 27, 6:30PM to 9:00PM
In each session, you will build on the techniques from the previous session. You will also be given a professional tool at every class as well as product to take home and enjoy with friends and family.
